Androcles and the Lion

A long time ago, there was a man called Androcles.

This story about boy who name is Androcles. He was very poor, but he was kind to others. He worked in a big house outside the city of Rome, and Brutus lived there. Every day, Brutus made his slaves work hard. Androcles worked as hard as he could, but Brutus never paid him. He got only one piece of dry bred a day. Therefore, one night, he run away in the forest. Androcles found an enormous lion who name is Leo. As there is a thorn in his paw, Androcles he pulled out the thorn. Then, Androcles and Leo were great friend. They lived in the forest pleasantly. One day, soldier came to the forest, and Androcles was caught by soldier. He was taken to arena・・・.

I like Androcles's character, because he was so gentle! I want to be a person like Androcles. If you wants to be a person who is kind to others, why don't you read this book?
